First-Year Student Ready For Her Parents To Fuck Off
After several consecutive days of unpacking, expensive meals out, and exploring Montreal’s downtown core, First-Year student Kira Grachev is finally ready for her parents to fuck right off and go home.
“Seriously I’m so grateful for all my parents have done for me. They drove me up here from Boston, helped me set up my room, and gave me some amazing advice about living on my own for the first time. But honestly, it’s about time that they fucking left,” said Kira as she smoked her first cigarette behind her parents’ hotel.
Grachev first became impatient with her parents’ presence early yesterday morning after Kira overheard her father refer to her as “Daddy’s little girl” in a conversation with another set of parents preparing their darlings for life at McGill.
“I know he means well and everything, but it was pretty embarrassing,” Kira recalled, as she throws back an advil with a cup of coffee.
Kira has attempted several sophisticated schemes to get Mr. and Mrs. Grachev to “peace the fuck out”, ranging from a subtly strategic placement of her father’s car keys, to last-minute tickets to see Kenny Loggins in Boston. Despite her best efforts, Kira’s parents have shown no signs of leaving.
“School doesn’t start until September second.. right, Kira?” asked Mrs. Grachev, while taking a photo of her daughter standing next to the James McGill statue. “Maybe your father and I will stay one more week. Just to make sure you’re settled”.
